Modern Adamos Residence by Varda Studio

Cyprus based Andreas Vardas from VARDAstudio Architects+Designers have completed a modern house in Limmasol. This house attracts attention with elegant proportion of intersected volumes. The variety of materials- white paint, fair face concrete, wood- highlights an architectural composition, that converges with the yard area. Playful unexpected division of the walls between the yard and the garage entry visually closes relax zone, at the same time it is see-through. This private residential house situated in Tel Aviv Israel, designed by Chyutin Architects. This is a conversion and renovation of a three-storey apartment building typical of the common construction style in Tel Aviv in the thirties.
