Vila Castela Residence in Brazil by Anastasia Architects

The Vila Castela Residence sited on 30 degrees sloped site in city of Nova Lima, Brazil. Designed by Anastasia Architects, the house uses dramatic cantilevers to emphasize the extremity of its position.

This project was based on four main concepts: little interference in the site, better use of natural resources, integration to the surroundings, and a generous urban presence. Modern Adamos Residence by Varda Studio

Cyprus based Andreas Vardas from VARDAstudio Architects+Designers have completed a modern house in Limmasol. This house attracts attention with elegant proportion of intersected volumes. The variety of materials- white paint, fair face concrete, wood- highlights an architectural composition, that converges with the yard area. Playful unexpected division of the walls between the yard and the garage entry visually closes relax zone, at the same time it is see-through. Contemporary Bonney Avenue Residence by Willis Greenhalgh Architects

This contemporary home was converted from old heritage church by Brisbane based architect Willis Greenhalgh. First a church then a theater, a slice of Brisbane’s heritage has been saved from demolition and transformed into two striking luxury homes. The existing buildings date back to 1867 and are heritage listed. This private residential house situated in Tel Aviv Israel, designed by Chyutin Architects. This is a conversion and renovation of a three-storey apartment building typical of the common construction style in Tel Aviv in the thirties.
