Vila Castela Residence in Brazil by Anastasia Architects

The Vila Castela Residence sited on 30 degrees sloped site in city of Nova Lima, Brazil. Designed by Anastasia Architects, the house uses dramatic cantilevers to emphasize the extremity of its position.

This project was based on four main concepts: little interference in the site, better use of natural resources, integration to the surroundings, and a generous urban presence. The Good Residence in Melbourne by Crone Partners

Designed by Crone Partners Architect in suburban location in Melbourne, the house’s finely detailed bold rectilinear form is set back from the street amidst a carpet of natural ground cover. Entrance down the side of the house is made via a subtle path formed from old railway sleepers embedded into the ground. Simple Villa 3S by LOVE Architecture

The Villa 3S situated on the fringe of Graz Geidorf Austria, designed by LOVE Architecture. The design blurred the boundaries between house and garden creating fluid transitions and an extended exterior living space. The building is a massive brick construction with concrete walls and a reinforced concrete roof. This roof also serves as a thermal storage mass to provide a pleasant indoor climate and is covered with wood outside.
