Modern Home Design in Atlantic Beach NY by Belmont Freeman Architects

The Kowalewski Residence was created as primary residence for a family with two small children situated in Atlantic Beach, beach community on Long Island New York. This house building is an attempt to insert a distinctly modern house into the village context in a manner that is respectful of the scale and architectural traditions of the community.

Open Space BR House by Marcio Kogan

A simple summer retreat in Brazil Jungle, presented by Brazilian architects Marcio Kogan. This house steel skeleton already stood on a long, narrow strip of cleared and graded land, with a heavy steel entrance bridge leading over the creek that cuts through two edges of the secluded, 1.5-acre property. Lifeguard Tower Residence – Beach House in California by Lazar Design/Build

The awesome Lifeguard Tower Residence was designed by Lazar Design/Build, rises three stories high on a corner lot with an expansive view of Hermosa Beach California. The architecture is comprised of three trapezoidal structures, one atop the other. From the base, the residence narrows as it reaches the “look-out” tower room that gives onto a picturesque,1,600-square-foot grass-covered entertainment and dining deck facing the ocean.
